Dhaka Texmart Industries was founded in the 1996 by SM Shahjahan, Managing Director of the industry. After doing several meetings, premeditated planning process and accomplishing all other requirements and other substantial activities they commenced the business from 2000. From the very beginning, the company has evolved from being primarily a garment accessories trading vendor to a leading industry with a presence in overall other industry sectors that account for nearly 75% of Bangladesh’s GDP. The manufacturing factory plants located in Dhaka with a highly cost effective manufacturing base. A majority of its plants are in Uttara and Mirpur area, a vertically integrated self-contained facility. This facility provides ready access to captive power generation, water purification, waste water treatment and so on.
